United Utilities

21 New Stock Buildings, Chorley, Lancs

As part of a Sustainable Catchment Management Programme, (SCaMP), water company United Utilities has invested over £22m, working with its farm tenants, improving the farm infrastructure, protecting and improving water quality, woodland management and moorland restoration. R.E. Buildings are proud to be a part of this process.

At R.E. Buildings animal welfare and the environment has always been at the forefront of all our designs and builds and since 2012 we have provided 21 new stock buildings to United Utilities, which as part of their initiative,  has allowed moorland restoration grazing regimes to be implemented.

Along with the buildings we build and erect, R.E. Buildings have also done the groundworks, refurbishment of buildings and provided internal equipment.
